Dedicated to Wellbeing
My goal is to provide fun, creative classes in a welcoming and social atmosphere. I firmly believe that by increasing mobility, flexibility, strength and balance you will have a greater improvement in health, wellbeing and quality of life.
After completing a BA (Hons) in Dance at De Montfort University I began teaching dance to children and adults. My love of teaching grew and I soon ventured into fitness where I completed my Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 PT and Level 3 Pilates.
I have been teaching in the fitness industry for 10 years now. My aim is to keep classes fresh and exciting.
