    Where is The Studio located?
    Where shall I park?
    Do I need to bring anything to group classes?

    Please bring a Pilates Mat to 'Studio' and 'Mat' Classes. Not needed for DanceFit and Gentle Fit.  Bring 2 Hand Towels to Mat Classes or a head cushion and 1 x Hand towel and always bring your own water and any medication you require. 

    What should I wear?

    Anything that you can move freely in. Trainers for DanceFit, otherwise Barefoot or Grip socks.  No zips or heavy jewellery on the Reformers please. 

    Do I need Grip Socks for Reformer?

    Yes, please bring a clean pair to change in to, we will also have them to purchase at the studio. 

    How does the waitlist work?

    If a class is Fully booked, you'll be added to a waitlist. If a space becomes available you'll be sent 2 emails within 60 minutes of each other. If you haven't responded after the second email, the system will automatically allocate it to the next in line. 

    If I'm a member and I go on holiday, do I lose my class?

    You can contact Tasha via the "Contact Me" page, which includes a contact form and email address.

    How do I access REcordings once I'm signed up?

    If you've signed up to a membership, you'll receive a selection of recordings at the end of each week. These expire after 7 days.
