Once you start you won’t want to stop! With over 30 classes per week online and 10 Face to Face, YOU have the choice when it comes to working out. Join us live, online 7 days per week through ZOOM, or if you prefer to take part at a more convenient time you’ll find the recorded workout on your Members Dashboard shortly after. You can also Pay per class if you’re not ready for membership.

Whether you’re looking to add a Gentle Pilates class to your week or an energetic Dance based class to your home workout, here’s the place to be. From Zumba to Pure Stretch, Clubbercise to Body Balance, Fitsteps to HIIT Workouts, you will never see the same workout twice. We LAUGH, we have FUN, we get SUPER sweaty and feel AMAZING.

My aim is to offer fun, innovative classes where everyone feels welcome – we don’t do boring! If you like to mix up your workouts, you’re in the right place. I firmly believe that finding a style of exercise you enjoy, that fits into your life can be life-changing. Being a mum myself, I know all about busy lives. In fact, my one-year-old features in many of my classes! 

Qualifications: BA (Hons) Dance, Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, Level 3 Pilates, Advanced Fitness Pilates for Orthopedic conditions, (Currently completing Pre and Post Natal Exercise)
