Friendly, professional trainer who caters for all abilities. I love the pilates classes and these are varied frequently so that you don't get bored. These classes are pleasantly challenging but easier options are also given. Thoroughly recommend this company.
I'm working online from home in Switzerland and the workout sessions with Tasha and the lovely group are a big hightlight to my "sitting at my desk and talking to peope" days. Tasha is such a wonderful person, always in a good mood, encouraging and creative, also challenging, with good music. I feel very much included and welcome to both online and in-person-classes although I can not be there myself.
Tasha’s classes are always fun, welcoming and varied. She’s very clever at being able to adapt routines to suit all abilities and levels of fitness. Tasha always has a smile on her face and I always leave with one on mine (and l’m getting fitter!)
Tasha is a wonderful teacher Tasha is a wonderful teacher. Being a larger lady, I always find the classes inclusive and Tasha is always on hand with a variation in exercise if needed. I also joined in with the online classes during lockdown, a breath of fresh air during those uncertain times. Can't recommend her classes enough. They are fantastic.
