‘Workout with Tasha’ was founded in 2011, by me, Tasha!  I completed a dance Degree in 2008 and began my career as a Zumba Instructor alongside a BTEC and HND Dance teacher in Bristol.   I soon realised I wanted to move more and type less.  I loved the way I felt during and after dancing!

In 2011 I decided to take the leap and focus purely on my own business, training up in a huge variety of classes and courses, most recently Level 3 PT and Level 3 Pilates.

The business has been running online since March 2020 when face to face classes were put on hold due to Covid.  I’ve recently teamed up with some fantastic instructors and the timetable is now bigger and better than ever.

I aim to offer fun, innovative classes where everyone feels welcome – I don’t do boring! If you like to mix up your workouts, you’re in the right place. I firmly believe that finding a style of exercise you enjoy, that fits into your life can be life-changing. Being a mum myself, I appreciate busy lives. In fact, my 1-year old features in many of my classes!

I can help to increase your mobility, flexibility, strength and balance. I always teach with a smile on my face and I love to welcome new people to our online community.
